Job summary

Thomson Reuters is hiring for a Windows/M365-focused IT Support role based in McLean, VA. The position covers desktop and mobile support for onsite and remote users, Office 365 administration, and collaboration tooling. Hybrid work options are available, with after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• .Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• .Minimum of three years of IT-related experience.
• .Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online and Teams.
• .U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a national security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day desktop and phone support for onsite and remote users during core business hours (9:00–17:00, Mon–Fri).
• Provision and ship user laptops and mobile devices and configure associated accounts.
• Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and network issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track tasks in the help desk system.
• Maintain inventory of devices and components.
• Support projects from LAN maintenance to office expansions and other IT initiatives.
