Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IT Systems & Support Engineer to support end users, cloud infrastructure, and network environments in a hybrid role. The candidate must be local to the DMV area for in-office presence as needed.

Responsibilities include managing AWS and Azure clouds, M365 and SharePoint administration, desktop support, network operations, and IT security. Documented procedures and collaboration with vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience managing AWS (EC2, S3, IAM) and Azure (Active Directory/Entra ID, Virtual Machines).
• Deep knowledge of Office 365 administration and SharePoint management (site creation, workflows, permissions).
• Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewall configuration knowledge.
• Security mindset: familiarity with endpoint security, IAM, and DLP strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work on-site part of the week to support desktop hardware needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure.
• Provide Tier 1–3 desktop support for Windows and macOS.
• Administer M365 and SharePoint including provisioning, Exchange Online, Teams, and site architecture.
• Configure and maintain network devices; ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and monitor security practices across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.
• Maintain up-to-date IT documentation and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors and senior engineers on complex issues.
