Job summary

Majestic Steel USA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide responsive onsite and remote technology support to Associates. You will troubleshoot Windows, 365, hardware, network, VPN, and sign-in issues while configuring, deploying, and maintaining end-user devices and meeting-room tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of technical support or help desk experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to Associates, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, network, VPN, sign-in and device issues.
• Configure and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and meeting-room tech.
• Support service-center technology and reduce downtime of equipment.
• Assist across the Associate lifecycle including setup and access changes.
• Research issues, document steps, escalate when needed with clear notes.
• Maintain equipment inventory and support records.
• Provide tech guidance and training; use AI tools for research and tasks.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process and automation improvements.
• Contribute to special projects as needed.
