Job summary

Trillion Technology Solutions, Inc. in Reston, VA is seeking an IT Systems & Support Engineer to support end users, cloud infrastructure, and our network in a hybrid setup.

You will manage AWS and Azure resources, administer Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, and oversee network devices while ensuring security and reliability for a diverse client base.

The role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to be in-office part of the week to support desktop needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT Support or Systems Administration experience.
• Hands-on AWS and Azure cloud proficiency.
• Deep knowledge of Office 365 admin and SharePoint management.
• Strong networking fundamentals incl. DNS/DHCP/VLANs and firewalls.
• Security mindset with endpoint protection and IAM practices.
• Excellent communication and the ability to explain tech to non-tech users.
• On-site work part of the week to support desktop hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1–3 desktop support for Windows and macOS.
• Administer and optimize cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure.
• Manage M365 and SharePoint provisioning, permissions, and sites.
• Configure and maintain network devices, VPNs, and WAN/LAN.
• Implement security best practices and monitor incidents.
• Maintain network diagrams, policies, and SOPs.
