Signify is hiring a Site Support Engineer to join our Digital team in Bridgewater, NJ. You will provide hands-on IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while collaborating with remote service desks and vendor teams.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 3+ years of onsite IT experience, with strong Windows knowledge and familiarity with macOS as a plus. Hybrid work and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of onsite IT support experience.
• Strong Windows knowledge; macOS a plus.
• 2+ years with advanced IT equipment (purchasing, configuring).
• Experience with asset management and IT inventory.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards.
