Job summary

Signify is seeking a Site Support Engineer for an onsite/hybrid role in Peachtree City, GA. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and end-user tech issues and act as the local IT contact, coordinating with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

The role requires a BS in Computer Science or IT, 3+ years of onsite IT support, strong Windows skills, macOS a plus, and experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of onsite IT support, desktop support, field support, or service desk support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus.
• Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
• Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards.
