Job summary

Alter Domus is looking for a Field Service Engineer in New York to provide on-site support for end-user devices and workplace equipment. You will ensure devices are prepared, delivered, and maintained throughout their lifecycle while working closely with users.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of Windows 11, hardware troubleshooting, and experience with ticketing tools. This hybrid role offers flexibility and a supportive career development environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira.
• Basic awareness of asset management principles and data protection requirements.
• Compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and configure devices for end users.
• Provide on-site hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Manage device lifecycle and update asset records.

Skills

Basic working knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft 365

Familiarity with device provisioning concepts

Basic understanding of hardware troubleshooting

Strong communication skills

Organised and reliable with task management

Education
