Job summary

Keenova is seeking an IT Support Services Technician in Bridgewater, NJ to provide hands-on, executive-end-user IT support across site and remote workers. You will manage desktops, devices, and conferencing tools, ensuring incidents are resolved within SLAs while coordinating with global IT teams.

You will lead deployments, imaging, and lifecycle activities, maintain asset inventories, and deliver proactive, high‑quality service in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years' experience in IT end-user / deskside support in office/site environments.
• Experience supporting Executive level users, including 1-1 support.
• Experience coordinating with IT teams across locations.
• Familiar with ITSM tools and ITIL practices; audit readiness in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers and apps.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ITSM tools, maintaining SLAs.
• Support collaboration tech including Teams, WebEx, Zoom and conferencing rooms.
• Lead device provisioning, imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Deliver white-glove executive end-user support and participate in site projects.
