Signify is seeking a Site Support Engineer to join our Digital team in Peachtree City, GA. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user tech, acting as the local IT contact and coordinating with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

The role requires a BS in CS/IT and 3+ years of onsite IT support, strong Windows knowledge, and experience with asset management. Hybrid/onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

This is an exciting job opportunity for a Site Support Engineer onsite/hybrid to join our Digital team in Peachtree City, GA.

The Site Support Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printer, meeting room, and end-user technology issues and acts as the local IT contact for employees and works closely with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

What You’ll Do

Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software and support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, VPN, email, collaboration tools, and business applications.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Follow IT security policies, access control procedures, and data protection standards.

More About You

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, field support, or service desk support.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; macOS experience is a plus.
Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: $ 61,000 – $89,000 (based on experience level)

Bonus: target bonus opportunity 5%
