Job summary

Signify is seeking a Site Support Engineer to join our Digital team in Peachtree City, GA, providing onsite and hybrid IT support for employees. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and AV systems while maintaining accurate records and ensuring security policies are followed.

The role requires 3+ years of IT support experience, a BS in a related field, and strong Windows knowledge; macOS experience is a plus. Salary ranges are listed with benefits and a target bonus option.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
3+ years in onsite IT support or service desk support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS; macOS is a plus.
Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Responsibilities

Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software; support Windows, macOS, VPN, MS 365, and collaboration tools.
Maintain accurate ticket updates, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
Follow IT security policies and data protection standards.
