Job summary

Signify is seeking a Site Support Engineer to join our Digital team in Peachtree City, GA. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and end-user tech, acting as the local IT contact and coordinating with remote service desk, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.

The role requires a BS in CS/IT and 3+ years of onsite IT support, strong Windows knowledge, and experience with asset management. Hybrid/onsite work with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of onsite IT support or service desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows; macOS is a plus.
• Experience with asset management and IT inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face technical support for employees at the office or client site.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace IT hardware and software for Windows/macOS environments.
• Maintain ticket updates, asset records, and knowledge base articles.
• Follow IT security policies and data protection standards.
