Zusammenfassung

ElevenLabs is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be based in our New York office. This hybrid role combines on‑site days (4 per week) with one remote day, focusing on device provisioning, AV issues, onboarding, and end‑user support.

You’ll handle onboarding calls, contribute to IT projects, and build automation and Slack tools, while maintaining clear internal documentation and playbooks for our growing team.

Qualifikationen

• A friendly, end‑user focused attitude. You genuinely enjoy helping people solve problems.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to details and a proactive mindset.
• Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS and Android Operating systems, networking basics, SaaS tooling, AV systems etc.)
• Hands‑on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar)
• Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) and understanding of access management principles, SSO, MFA and user/group management.
• A willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with a knack for writing helpful documentation.

Aufgaben

• Device lifecycle management: assist with laptop procurement, setup, returns, and secure wiping
• Office IT support: provide on‑hand support to our colleagues in our New York office, as well as support with expansions and/or office buildouts
• AV support: ensure meeting rooms and AV equipment are running reliably
• End‑user support: be the first point of contact for the team by logging, prioritising and resolving support tickets in a timely manner, keeping end users informed throughout.
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners
• New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots to streamline repetitive work
• Documentation: write and maintain clear internal IT documentation and guides (fixes, processes and playbooks) to continue building out our internal knowledge base
