Job summary

ElevenLabs in New York is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a hybrid role with four days on-site and one day remote. You will handle device lifecycle management, office IT support, and AV systems to keep our team productive and connected.

You will own end-user support, onboarding for new joiners, and IT projects, while building clear internal documentation and automation to streamline repetitive tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, end-user focused attitude.
• Strong organisational skills and proactive mindset.
• Solid IT fundamentals (macOS, iOS, Android, networking, SaaS, AV).
• Hands-on experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet or similar).
• Experience with Okta (SSO, MFA) and IdP concepts.
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear written and verbal communication with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management: procurement, setup, returns and secure wiping.
• Office IT support for New York colleagues and office buildouts.
• AV support for meeting rooms and equipment.
• End-user support and timely ticket resolution with updates.
• Onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects and IT initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: build automations and Slack bots.
• Documentation: maintain internal IT guides and playbooks.
