Job summary

Eleven Recruiting is assisting a client, an investment firm, in New York, NY, to hire an IT Support Analyst. The role covers on-site infrastructure support, first-line to second-line technical help, and hands-on hardware/software administration.

You will work with Windows 10/11, Office 365, VMware, SharePoint, and conferencing tools, providing seamless user support across multiple offices. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work extended hours as directed by management.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support core IT infrastructure in the New York office.
• Be first point of contact for LA staff via phone, in person, email or helpdesk.
• Provide Level 1/2 support for hardware and software (VMware, Windows, Office, SharePoint, Adobe, WebEx).
• Offer remote support for offices in Los Angeles, New York, Asia and London during Dallas hours.
• Assist in setup of desktops, laptops, network devices, and conferencing equipment.
