Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an IT Support Engineer based in New York for a hybrid role (4 days onsite, 1 day remote). You will manage device lifecycles, provide office IT and AV support, onboard new joiners, and drive small IT projects with automation.

You'll join a fast-growing, startup-like team, empowered to implement practical solutions, write clear docs, and deliver reliable tech support across macOS, iOS, Android, and SaaS tools while collaborating with colleagues globally.

Qualifications

• Friendly, end-user focused attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, proactive.
• Solid IT fundamentals across macOS/iOS/Android, networking, and SaaS tooling.
• Experience with an MDM platform (Jamf, Kandji, Fleet) and IdP/OAuth tooling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to write helpful docs.

Responsibilities

• Device lifecycle management: procurement, setup, returns, secure wiping.
• Office IT support for New York colleagues and expansion/buildouts.
• AV support for meeting rooms and equipment.
• End-user support: triage, ticketing, timely updates.
• Onboarding: run IT onboarding calls for new joiners.
• New IT projects: contribute to IT initiatives.
• Automation and tooling: build Slack bots and automations.
• Documentation: maintain internal knowledge base and guides.
