Job summary

BETSOL is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver onsite end-user support across client sites in New York and New Jersey. You will install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware, while coordinating with global teams to ensure smooth office setups and ongoing IT service delivery.

Candidate should have 3+ years of experience, strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, ITIL processes, and comfort working onsite 2–3 days a week, with excellent communication and

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering onsite end-user IT support in mid-to-large organizations.
• Proficient in Windows and macOS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with hardware cabinets, firewalls, switches, cabling, and peripherals.
• Experience configuring printers, scanners, and networked devices; basic OS imaging.
• Familiar with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira) and asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledgeable about ITIL Incident, Request, Problem, and Change processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to interact with global users.
• Willingness to commute and work onsite at client locations in NY/NJ 2–3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite end-user device support at client offices as needed.
• Coordinate with offshore teams for new office setups and maintenance tasks.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
