Halcyon Financial Technology, L.P. is seeking a full-time Senior IT Systems & Support Engineer for the New York City metropolitan area. This hybrid role supports clients onsite and remotely, delivering high-touch technical support with proactive solutions and strong end-user collaboration.

You will manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, identity & access, AI-assisted automation, endpoint policy deployment via Intune, and security/compliance across cloud and SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Strong identity and access management skills (SSO, MFA, conditional access).
• Ability to build automation to reduce repetitive provisioning and admin work.
• Experience with cloud endpoints management and security controls.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and incident remediation.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, including users, licenses, policies, and third-party SaaS integrations.
• Manage identity and access across cloud platforms, including SSO, MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege access.
• Build automation to eliminate repetitive provisioning, reporting, and admin work.
• Manage cloud-native endpoints from enrollment through retirement and enforce policies via Intune.
• Maintain security controls across cloud, email, endpoints, and SaaS; investigate incidents and support audits.
• Support cloud networking: DNS, VPN, firewall policies, and secure remote access.
