Qualifications

• Provide Tier I and Tier II desktop support to Department of Commerce users.
• Maintain and update Windows servers and workstations.
• Perform patch management and system updates.
• Configure and administer Active Directory accounts.
• Develop SOPs and Knowledge Articles for IT processes.
• Handle ticketing and queue management and provide remote assistance.
