Qualifications

• Tier I support monitoring and ticket queue management.
• Tier II user desktop support either remotely or onsite.
• Mid-level experience with Windows workstation and server operating systems.
• Mid-level experience with Active Directory configuration and administration.
• Mid-level experience building and maintaining Windows workstations and servers.
• Experience with Windows deployment services and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Experience with the use of remote tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day IT desktop support to the Department of Commerce.
• Perform system updates.
• Manage Windows servers.
• Patch management.
• Manage AD, create, modify, and remove accounts.
• Develop SOPs and Knowledge Articles.
• Perform Ticket and queue management.
• Provide remote support to the Department of Commerce.
