ActioNet is seeking a Tier 2 – Mid Desk Side Support IT Specialist to deliver mid to senior level IT operations support in Washington, DC. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of IT support experience, with a proven record of reliability and professionalism.

The successful candidate will perform desktop and remote support, software/hardware troubleshooting, system imaging, patch deployment, and IT security adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years IT support/admin experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, SCCM, Intune, AD; familiarity with Apple devices and Dell/HP hardware.
• Preferred certifications: CompTIA Security+ and/or Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 desk-side and remote support for end-user systems and networks.
• Install software, perform updates, and troubleshoot hardware in a fast-paced environment.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS/AD/Intune issues and manage SCCM client health.
