Responsibilities

• Provide day to day IT desktop support to the Department of Commerce.
• Perform system updates and manage Windows servers.
• Patch management and AD account lifecycle management.
• Develop SOPs and Knowledge Articles as needed.
• Perform ticket and queue management and remote support.
