Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; 2 years of IT operations experience.
• Experience with corporate actions lifecycle and relevant ISO messaging.
• Experience logging incidents and generating client reports.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced support for corporate actions software and data issues.
• Log, track, and manage incidents in JIRA with audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Cloud/SRE, Product, Data, and Customer Experience teams to define scope and success criteria.
• Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle from business objectives to technical specs.
