Job summary

Markit North America, Inc. seeks a Product Specialist, IT Service Operations to support and consult with clients on software and data issues related to corporate actions processing.

You will work with regulated financial clients to ensure accuracy, timeliness and regulatory compliance across entitlements, settlements and reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's in IT/Engineering or related field and 5 years of IT operations experience, including knowledge of SWIFT ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 CA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related IT field.
• Five years of experience in IT operations or related occupation, with knowledge of corporate actions lifecycle and related messaging standards.
• Experience with SQL for incident analysis, reporting, metrics, and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and consultancy to clients for resolution of software and data issues.
• Coordinate remediation with engineering teams to resolve issues and implement preventive controls.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of corporate actions processing for enterprise clients.
