Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related IT field, plus five (5) years of experience in IT operations or a related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and consultancy services to clients for resolution of software and data issues.
• Directly support regulated financial clients by ensuring accurate processing of corporate actions events that impact investor entitlements, settlement obligations, and regulatory reporting.
• Mitigate operational and compliance risk by performing root cause analysis, coordinating remediation with engineering teams, and implementing preventive controls to avoid recurrence.
• Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance of corporate actions processing for enterprise financial clients, where errors or delays may result in financial loss, contractual penalties, or regulatory exposure.
• Work directly with clients, product engineering, business analysis and DBA teams to ensure that any issues raised are resolved in a satisfactory manner.
