Job summary

USIC is seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist in Indianapolis. This hybrid role provides timely support for technology needs and involves repairing and imaging laptops and tablets in the Imaging Lab at the Corporate Office.

You'll handle Tier I support for field and corporate staff, assist with Windows and Exchange Server environments, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues quickly while maintaining clear written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or IT certifications required.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology preferred.
• Two years of end-user support experience preferred.
• Proficient with Windows and Microsoft-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide Tier I technical support to field and corporate staff.
• Repair, image, and deploy laptops, tablets, and other IT equipment.
• Collaborate on special projects as assigned.
