Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Laboratory IT Liaison in Indianapolis to partner with lab users and management to evaluate and implement new laboratory systems and technologies. You will coordinate with IT security, architecture, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet standards and manage IT governance processes within a laboratory environment.

The role emphasizes production and incident support, handling IT changes, and providing first-line IT support for laboratory systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/biomedical engineering or related field.
• Experience in IT systems, infrastructure, security, network, and lab communications protocols (ASTM, HL7).
• Master's degree and Labcorp IT certifications preferred.
• 2+ years Labcorp experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with laboratory users and management to evaluate and implement new laboratory systems, applications, and technologies.
• Collaborate with IT security, architecture, and compliance teams to meet standards and requirements.
• Guide laboratory teams through IT governance processes, including risk assessments and security reviews.
