Job summary

Corporate Imaging Concepts (CIC) in Northbrook, IL, is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the first point of contact for application, hardware, and system-related issues, delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers access management, ticket handling, end-user support, and documenting solutions while helping with onboarding/offboarding and system improvements. Hybrid work arrangement with onsite three days per week is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of help desk or technical support experience.
• CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience troubleshooting web-based applications and business systems.
• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing support.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage access requests for shared mailboxes, distribution groups, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Process access changes following approval from IT Infrastructure & Security Manager.
• Monitor, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve support tickets per SLAs.
• Investigate and resolve user access issues for CIC business applications.
• Escalate defects and issues to software vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with software updates and workstation upgrades.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge base articles.
