• Familiarity with ITSM ticketing systems and structured troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 technology support as the first point of contact.
• Log and resolve issues such as EHR access, workstation/printer problems, and password resets.
• Follow HIPAA and security policies; document incidents accurately.
• Communicate resolution timelines clearly and empathetically; escalate as needed.
