Job summary

Kubicki Draper is seeking an IT Professional to serve as a help desk technician, based in the Miami office with remote support for other offices. The role requires 3+ years of experience and a strong foundation in Windows, networking, and customer service.

Hybrid work, travel up to 25%, and collaborative problem solving are expected. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware/software issues, communicate clearly, and work independently with minimal supervision while delivering reliable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable experience.
• Experience with Microsoft products: Server, Office, Exchange, AD.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and setup new PCs.
• Experience supporting users remotely and Windows OS.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support network users and address hardware/software issues.
• Remotely troubleshoot using RDC and assist in-person at Miami office.
• Communicate effectively with business users and team members.
• Provide follow-up to ensure problems are fully resolved.
• Travel 0–25% as needed.
