Job summary

Kubicki Draper is seeking an IT Professional to serve as a help desk technician primarily from the Miami office, with remote support across all offices. The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Windows expertise, and solid communication skills to assist business users and maintain IT operations.

The candidate will work in a hybrid environment, supporting network users, PC hardware, and Microsoft products, with some travel (0-25%).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable experience in the field.
• Experience with Microsoft products including Server 2008+, Office, Exchange, and Active Directory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Troubleshoot PC hardware and install new PC setups.
• Experience supporting users remotely and troubleshooting Windows OS.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and remote help desk support for office users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows systems.

Job description

Role Overview:

Kubicki Draper, is currently seeking IT Professional with 3 or more years experience that will operate as a help desk technician. The candidate will operate out of the Miami office and support that office in person, but will also help support all the offices remotely.

Your Day-to-Day:

The ideal candidate will have experience with supporting network users, a solid understanding of standard computer science concepts, servers running Microsoft Windows, and personal computer architecture. Ability to remotely address hardware/software issues utilizing Microsoft RDC is critical. Must have good problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Excellent follow-up skills and commitment to see complicated problems through to solution, is a must. Candidate must be a team player with good people skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with business users and other team members. Some travel required (0-25%).

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or comparable experience in the field
• Experience with Microsoft Products (e.g. Server 2008+, Office Suite, Exchange, Active Directory). Certifications preferred
