Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent, or 5+ years in IT/business roles.
• At least 2 years in business analysis or business relationship management; knowledge of law firm tech is a plus.
• ProSci CMP or similar change management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth analysis of business processes, data flows, and system landscapes.
• Documents current and future-state processes; creates requirements and workflows.
• Facilitates workshops to gather requirements and achieve consensus.
• Oversees requirements documentation and translates them into project plans with PMO.
• Drives process improvements to reduce complexity and improve user experience.
• Maintains partnerships with attorneys, staff, and teams to align needs with strategy.
• Supports change management and creates user training materials.
