Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years in IT/business roles.
• Experience with business process analysis and improvement.
• Familiarity with full-service law firm technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data flows to identify inefficiencies.
• Document current and future-state processes and create requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and achieve stakeholder consensus.
• Lead requirements documentation with PMO to produce detailed project plans.
• Drive process improvements and user experience enhancements.
• Collaborate with attorneys, staff, and IT to align solutions with firm goals.
• Support change management and training materials.
