Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; 5+ years IT/business experience.
• ProSci CMP or similar change management certification is a plus.
• Experience with law firm technologies and processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-depth analysis of business processes, data flows, and system landscapes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Documents current and future-state processes, develops functional and technical requirements and, with PMO resources, creates workflows to support projects.
• Facilitates workshops and meetings to gather requirements, identify gaps, and achieve functional consensus among stakeholders.
• Oversees requirements gathering and documentation of functional/technical specifications; collaborates with PMO to turn these into detailed project plans.
• Drives process improvement to eliminate system complexities and improve user experience.
• Maintains partnerships with attorneys, staff, and technical teams to understand needs and priorities for IT projects.
• Supports change management initiatives and develops user training materials for end-users and technical teams.
