Job summary

Benesch is seeking an IT Business Analyst for the Columbus office. This hybrid role focuses on defining problems, aligning technology with business needs, and driving innovative solutions. You will document requirements, facilitate workshops, and partner with PMO to implement improvements.

The successful candidate will bridge business units and IT, help streamline processes, and support change management and end-user training across key applications used by the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years IT/business analysis experience with process analysis.
• Familiarity with full-service law firm technologies is a plus.
• Change management certification (ProSci CMP or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes, data flows, and system landscapes to identify inefficiencies.
• Document current and future-state processes and create functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and achieve stakeholder consensus.
• Oversee requirement gathering and documentation of specifications with PMO collaboration.
• Drive process improvements to simplify systems and improve user experience.
• Maintain partnerships with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions.
