Zusammenfassung

Endeavor Health is seeking a Business Analyst II - IT Asset Management to own the hardware asset lifecycle from receipt to disposal. You will use ServiceNow HAM to drive compliance and optimize asset utilization across IT teams and vendors.

You will lead smaller projects, develop asset standards, and build analytics dashboards to support cost control and regulatory compliance. Hybrid IL work arrangement is offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Asset Management, BA, or IT PM.
• Experience with ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management required.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to coordinate with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle in ServiceNow HAM.
• Analyze asset data, identify cost savings and risk gaps.
• Configure HAM workflows, models, states, and integrations.
• Develop IT hardware standards with procurement teams.
• Draft business cases and standardization proposals.
• Create dashboards and reports for audits and leadership.
