Aston Carter is seeking an Invoicing Specialist for a hybrid contract role based in Eden Prairie, MN. You will respond to invoice inquiries, work with Coupa and SAP, and help resolve unpaid accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

You will coordinate disputes, process payments, and assist with credit approvals. The role requires attention to detail, ability to handle high-volume workload, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections or billing.
• Able to handle high-volume workload and meet weekly/monthly metrics.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to invoice inquiries and customer statement requests.
• Use Coupa and SAP invoicing software effectively.
• Assist with resolving unpaid accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
