Aston Carter seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, and customer rebate activities in a fast-paced distribution environment in Chanhassen, MN. You will work with Sales and Operations to ensure accurate order processing and record keeping while using ERP systems and Excel.

• 2+ years in billing, invoicing, AR or related accounting function.
• Strong data entry accuracy and financial transaction integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Process billing and invoicing for warehouse orders and direct shipments with high accuracy.
• Perform manual billing for direct ship transactions following procedures.
• Administer customer rebate programs and maintain contracts during renewal periods.
• Review sales contracts and enter information into internal systems.
• Enter and process warehouse orders with data integrity.
• Support billing-related data entry and record maintenance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure timely order processing.
• Assist with other AR functions, including potential cash applications.
