Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Invoicing Specialist for a hybrid contract role based in Eden Prairie, MN. You will manage invoice inquiries, process with Coupa and SAP, and help resolve unpaid accounts while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The role demands accuracy, the ability to handle a high-volume workload, and excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. Relevant experience and software proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, Collections, or Billing.
• Ability to handle high volume workload and meet weekly and monthly performance metrics.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in using portals and invoicing software like Coupa or SAP is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to invoice inquiries and customer statement requests.
• Utilize Coupa and SAP invoicing software effectively.
• Assist with resolving unpaid customer accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate resolution of customer disputes with internal departments and customer contacts.
• Identify and elevate accounts requiring demand letters or third‑party collection handling.
