Job summary

You will resolve disputed accounts, advance payments for new orders on hold, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain customer master records while meeting weekly and monthly metrics in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, or billing.
• Ability to handle high-volume workload and meet weekly and monthly metrics.
• Strong multitasking and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to invoice inquiries and customer statement requests.
• Utilize Coupa and SAP invoicing software effectively.
• Assist with resolving unpaid customer accounts while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Coordinate resolution of customer disputes with internal departments and customer contacts.
• Analyze account history and resolve issues across internal teams.
• Contact customers to resolve disputes and expedite payments for new orders on hold.
• Participate in credit approval processes as needed.
• Respond to customer requests via phone and email, including processing credit card payments and updating customer master records.
• Identify and escalation accounts requiring demand letters or third-party collection agency handling.
