Uber Freight in Chicago, IL is seeking a Collections Specialist II (Intermodal Transportation) to manage medium to complex customer accounts and resolve billing issues within a hybrid work model. The role requires coordinating with billing and operations to correct discrepancies and ensuring timely updates in the financial system.

The position is full-time, hourly, with a regular Monday–Friday schedule and a requirement to be in the Chicago office several days per week.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year business-to-business collections experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and manage customer accounts with medium to complex issues.
• Run daily queries to monitor customer aging reports and productivity.
• Create balance spreadsheets with reporting parameters.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Discuss invoice discrepancies with billing and operations to plan corrective actions.
• Update financial system daily with account notes for management review.
• Assist other Collections Specialists with processes and documentation.
