Uber Freight is seeking an Account Manager II for its Intermodal division. You will be the first line of contact, ensuring freight is serviced to meet customer standards and communicating needs to operations. The role is Full Time and Hybrid in the U.S., with responsibilities including load status tracking, rate maintenance, AR activities, and billing readiness.
The Account Manager II is responsible for providing a best-in-class customer experience specific to our intermodal division, serving as the first line of contact for our customers. They are responsible for ensuring that all intermodal freight is serviced to meet or exceed the customer’s standards, while also communicating customer needs and changes to the operations teams. They are expected to develop and maintain customer and carrier relationships, while achieving company-defined operational metrics.

The target salary for the position is between $47,000–$60,000 base salary.
