Uber Freight is seeking an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist II in Chicago, IL. This full-time, hourly, hybrid role focuses on resolving carrier invoice discrepancies, building shipments, and supporting Operations and Carrier Pricing.

You will analyze root causes and escalate issues to reach final resolution, while delivering professional, timely communication. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with at least 3 days in the Chicago office at 433 W Van Buren Street.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable experience.

Aufgaben

• Resolve carrier invoice discrepancies using Uber Freight guidelines and customer rules.
• Create shipments for non-managed freight based on predefined requirements.
• Know and understand account-specific requirements – required charges, customer rules, carrier contracts.
• Provide support to Operations on financial issues related to accounts.
• Correspond with Operations, Procurement, and Carrier Pricing regarding rating and discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date customer business rules, policies and procedures.
• File tickets of issues using JIRA.
• Set up new customer and vendor locations in the TMS.
• Support teams with customer communications and billing discrepancy resolution.
• Identify and resolve billing/process issues collaboratively with management.
