Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Support Associate to collaborate with the Distributor Sales Team. You will drive sales, safeguard the customer experience, and promote the Light Made Easy promise.

You will analyze sales data, handle outbound and inbound calls, manage price quotes, and coordinate with distributors, territory managers, and customers to ensure timely responses and accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Lighting industry experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales role.
• Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses and clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software and Prophet 21 experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to perform time‑sensitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable with phone interactions and strong verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Committed to company core values in daily actions.

Responsibilities

• Sales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Outbound Phone Sales: initiate sales opportunities with existing and new customers.
• Price Quoting Management: manage price requests and maintain CRM records.
• Serve as liaison between Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory Managers.
• Respond to questions via email or phone regarding orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on sample requests and quotes per Keystone policies.
• Check availability on orders and stock and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders.
• Cross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products for accurate matching.
