Job summary

Keystone Technologies Inc. in the Raleigh area is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support the Sales Team by managing quote opportunities, responding to inquiries, and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of sales experience in a similar role, lighting industry knowledge, and strong communication skills. This position offers hybrid schedule with on-site Tuesday–Thursday for local candidates and remote options for others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in business administration or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
• Lighting industry knowledge and product familiarity required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Team by managing quote opportunities and responding to inquiries.
• Foster strong customer relationships and drive product demand.
• Cross-reference part numbers to Keystone products for accurate specs.
• Create and manage opportunities in the CRM and monitor pipeline.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers and Sales Operations for orders and inventory.
