Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions in Denver, CO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support day-to-day sales activities for assigned accounts. You will determine customer requirements for Arrow AEP products and services, and drive opportunities through the sales cycle.

The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and offers a competitive compensation package including medical, dental, vision, 401k with matching, disability coverage, HSA/HRA options, PTO, and tuition

Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience and/or training in inside sales, account management, or program management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales activities for assigned accounts and assist in determining customer requirements for Arrow AEP products and services.
• Process quotes and prepare orders based on customer purchase orders and quote work when applicable.
• Resolve pre-sales and post-sales issues with internal departments and vendor contacts; escalate when needed.
• Develop opportunities and provide accurate forecasts to management based on sales cycle progress.
