Job summary

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions seeks an Inside Sales Representative II - IP&E to manage assigned customer accounts, drive value-added solution selling, and maximize margins. You will coordinate quotes, ordering, delivery, and post-sales support, acting as the main liaison between suppliers and customers.

You will own the quote-to-order process, negotiate pricing, and maintain perfect order metrics while leveraging internal resources and market data.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and 2–4 years of related experience.
• Or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in sales within the same industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall account relationship and drive value-added solution selling.
• Coordinate quotes, processing, and on-time delivery with internal/external resources.
• Own credit/financial information communications and order-to-invoice process.
• Lead quote strategy, price negotiation, and supplier communication to maximize margins.
