Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to grow the Arrow line card in a defined territory. You will be the primary contact for customers and suppliers, building relationships, servicing accounts, and driving quotations to closure.

In this role, you will develop customer strategy, plan territory and accounts, and support value-added and supply chain engagements. Hybrid work arrangement offered with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with electronics sales preferred.
• Ability to build influential relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiating, and organization skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external resources to generate results.
• Proficient with PC tools (MS Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience in electronic components distribution inside sales.
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• ITAR compliance experience.
