Job summary

Atlas Copco North America LLC is seeking an Inside Sales/Outbound Specialist at the Deer Park, TX location. The role requires exceptional customer service and willingness to call and email customers and prospects.

The candidate will qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings for the ASM, and follow up with sales to close the loop, driving customer success and business results. You will report to the Sales Manager and work closely with engineering and product teams to implement sales strategies,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B process documentation and project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Customer-minded, positive, curious and resilient.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• A collaborative team player aligned with the team mission.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and attend meetings/Calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and identify target customers using sales tools.
• Identify and create leads and opportunities, and research accounts.
• Engage with customers via extensive outbound calls and emails.
• Respond to inquiries and share information as needed.
• Route qualified opportunities to the ASM for development and closure.
• Partner with ASM to build the pipeline and support quotes to generate revenue.
• Maintain Salesforce data quality and stay updated with product info.
