Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in inside sales, experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, Oracle), and strong communication and data-entry skills. Bachelors required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years inside sales and customer service experience.
• Experience generating quotes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with CRMs/ERPs like Salesforce, SAP, Oracle.
• Excellent MS Office skills; typing speed 50 WPM.
• Spanish language skills a plus.
• Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of inquiries and coordinate quotation and order fulfillment.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, distributors, and prospects.
• Support service and service plan quoting, order submittal, and customer support for an assigned territory.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and manage sales activities and pipeline.
