Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative (Service Sales) to drive territory growth and revenue through proactive phone outreach and strategic account management. You will close service repairs and plans, manage pricing inquiries, and collaborate with contracts, finance, and order entry teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of fast-paced sales experience, strong phone communication, and a 4-year bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

4-year Bachelor's degree required.
3-5 years of high-volume, revenue-generating sales experience.
Proven phone-based closing skills and rapport-building ability.
Experience using CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP, C4C, Oracle).

Responsibilities

Aggressive revenue generation: prospect, qualify, and close service repairs and service plans to meet sales goals.
High-volume phone outreach: manage warm/hot leads with daily direct calls.
Territory and account expansion: plan outreach to maximize growth and market penetration.
Collaborative pipeline management: track pipeline in CRM and share market insights.
Commercial support & operations: handle pricing, quotes, and contract renewals for a premium customer experience.
Cross-functional handovers: cooperate with contracts, finance, and order entry teams.
